The main objective of the project is to develop State Exam System for Regulated Professions (SESRP) for The Educational Service Center of Albania – up-to-date, user-friendly computer-based testing system for assessing theoretical and professional knowledge in regulated professions for each candidate participating in the state exam in order to obtain a license in a particular profession through implementation of the latest technologies. The project includes an improvement of the physical infrastructure used so far.
Redesign of the existing evaluation system and establishment of a new integrated environment for improved administrative teamwork and easier evaluation process for all Albanian professionals in the respective regulated professions.
Sirma Solutions has won а RFP and has been selected as a software developer of the Albanian government project: “State examination system for regulated professions”.
The project scope is the development and implementation of an evaluation system, which will assess the professional knowledge and expertise of candidates in specific state-regulated professions.
The system allows The Educational Service Center of Albania to enter and setup questions for each profession and profile, to generate appropriate question blueprints, exam seasons and exam sessions, to conduct exam process where candidates use dedicated terminals to compile a test. As soon as the exam finishes, the system automatically calculates test results and print certificates in case of successful passing. The system provides e-service integrated with e-Albania, where candidates are able to apply for exams.
The system incorporates 3 modules: - Exam system - Web Admin back office - Online portal for citizens

The system is used by doctors, dentists, pharmacists, nurses, midwives, physiotherapists, speech therapists, laboratory technicians, imaging technicians, teachers and more, who want to improve their professional qualification or to apply for a state job position in their field of knowledge.
