The Challenge
Lack of e-government platform for administrative services for the citizens and need for the establishment of an integrated environment for better administrative teamwork for all Bulgarian municipalities and integrated administrative e-services for all Bulgarian citizens.
The Solution
Sirma was selected as a developer for the project that involves improvements and upgrades of the existing e-government platform and the establishment of an integrated environment for better administrative teamwork. The project aims to improve the administrative services for both citizens and businesses and increase customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive e-government services.
The software development includes optimization of the architecture, design, source code, test patterns, integration interfaces and the infrastructure model of the existing e-government platform.
The key components of the project include:

Technology
We used Sirma Enterprise Intelligent Platform (SEIP) for this kind of project.
The platform considerably improves the decision making by the provision of relative information in context as well as build up and secondary use of corporate knowledge. It provides gradual development relative to the changing business environment. SEIP is a LOW CODE platform and new applications can be developed in no time, which add value to all other existing ones. The platform can be easily upgraded and adds value to legacy applications and data.
