Welcome, Kiril. Congratulations on Sirma Broker Software’s recent achievements. Can you tell us about some of your latest accomplishments in the Bulgarian market?
KV: Thank you! It’s been an exciting time for Sirma Broker Software. Recently, we’ve secured several significant contracts with key clients in the financial and automotive sectors. These wins are a testament to our team’s hard work and commitment to delivering innovative insurance solutions. We’ve also maintained a stable market share, thanks to our strong customer relationships and continuous improvement in our service offerings.
What factors contribute to Sirma Broker Software’s ability to maintain a stable market share in Bulgaria?
KV: Several factors contribute to our stable market share. First and foremost, our customer-centric approach ensures that we consistently meet and exceed client expectations. We also invest heavily in technology to streamline our processes and improve efficiency. Additionally, our comprehensive product portfolio allows us to cater to a wide range of customer needs, which helps us retain our client base and attract new customers.
Can you share your strategic priorities for the coming year?
KV: Our primary focus is on regional expansion. We see tremendous potential in neighbouring markets and actively explore opportunities in Southeast Europe. We’re also looking to enhance our digital capabilities to provide even better service to our clients. This includes further investing in broadening Sirma Broker Software’s depth of functionality to offer more personalized and efficient insurance solutions. Furthermore, we plan to strengthen our partnerships with local insurance companies and brokers to broaden our reach and impact.
What challenges do you anticipate as you expand into new regions, and how do you plan to address them?
KV: Expanding into new regions presents many challenges, including understanding local regulations, cultural differences, and market dynamics. To tackle these issues, we are conducting in-depth market research and utilizing our existing network to gain valuable insights. Additionally, we are assembling a dedicated team with local expertise to navigate these challenges effectively. Our strategy includes forming strategic alliances with established local partners to facilitate a smooth and successful entry into new markets.
How does Sirma Broker Software plan to leverage technology to support its expansion and enhance customer experience?
KV: Technology plays a crucial role in our expansion strategy. We are developing a robust digital platform to facilitate seamless interaction with our clients, regardless of location. A key focus is integrating APIs, enabling ease of integration with third-party systems, and offering higher configurability and flexibility for our clients. By leveraging technology in this way, we aim to provide a superior customer experience, streamline operations, and establish a strong foothold in new markets. These technological advancements will empower us to scale efficiently while adapting to the evolving needs of our global clientele.
Could you highlight any specific initiatives or projects that Sirma Broker Software is working on to drive innovation?
KV: We plan to offer more online services, including ready-to-use modules and APIs for mobile applications. Many existing products will also be ready for use via applications. We are also expanding the number of integrated products in Sirma Broker Software to include more quotation and policy conclusion features.
What is your long-term vision for Sirma Broker Software?
KV: Our long-term vision is to become a leading insurance broker software provider in Southeast Europe, recognized as a technology provider of innovative solutions and exceptional customer service. We aim to build a robust and diversified portfolio of clients and continuously adapt to the market’s evolving needs.
