Sirma has won first place in the “Internal Solutions” category at the fifth-anniversary Transform IT Awards, organized by Digitalk and A1 under the theme Evolution, Not Just Digitalization , for its Sirma.AI Enterprise Platform. The recognition, announced at the June 8, 2026 ceremony in Sofia, adds to a remarkable run of accolades for the platform throughout the first half of 2026.
For the fifth consecutive year, the Transform IT Awards celebrated companies that translate technological innovation into measurable business outcomes and set the pace for digital transformation across Bulgaria. Sirma Group Holding was named among the competition’s biggest winners, alongside Postbank and Ethermind, in an event that drew the country’s leading technology innovators. The jury singled out Sirma.AI Enterprise Platform, the flagship intelligent ecosystem of AI agents, built to automate key corporate processes, as the standout entry in the Internal Solutions category.

Other notable winners included Postbank, honored in the “IT Solution Implemented in the Organization” category for its “AI Loan Administration” project, and Ethermind, which took the Startup category prize for its Knowledge Agents solution developed for a European consultancy serving a global critical infrastructure operator. Doverie-Brico received the jury’s special award for integrating electronic shelf labels across the Mr. Bricolage retail chain.
