Sirma Group Holding AD will start paying its shareholders dividends for 2021 on August 8.
The company will pay the shareholders BGN 0.0236 per share gross or a total of BGN 1.4 million. The net dividend is BGN 0.0224 per share. The amount comprises BGN 930,974.24 gained from the profit for 2021 and another BGN 469,025.76 from the accumulated undistributed profit for previous years. A total of almost 59.3 million shares are entitled to a dividend, deducting 84,846 own shares bought back by the company.
