Roweb, a subsidiary of Sirma Group Holding, has signed an agreement to acquire DynamiXRM SRL, a Romanian company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and the GoGet365 product line. The agreement was signed on June 5.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Bucharest, DynamiXRM SRL has a team of five specialists and also operates from Constanța. In 2025, the company generated revenues of RON 1.727 million, or approximately EUR 338,000, representing year-on-year growth of 10%. Its main markets are Romania, the Republic of Moldova, Belgium and the United Kingdom.
The acquisition strengthens Sirma’s and Roweb’s position in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem and provides direct access to the growing CRM segment. It also creates new opportunities for cross-selling and for expanding the group’s offering to larger enterprise clients.
Sirma expects the combination of DynamiXRM’s CRM expertise and Roweb’s software development capabilities to support the group’s growth and broaden its portfolio of high-value corporate services.

The new business unit will be led by Viorel Costea and Mirel Ionescu from Roweb Development, together with Cătălin Bizadea from DynamiXRM SRL. They will oversee the integration of teams and services, as well as the further development of the CRM business. Operational integration and the legal merger with Roweb Development SA are expected to be completed later this year.
