Hamburg Investor Days 2026: Shared Vision, Meaningful Conversations and Long-Term Value

On 26 August, Sirma Group took part in Hamburg Investor Days 2026, our first on-site investor event in Germany since listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange earlier this year.

The day began with a full program of one-on-one meetings, giving CEO Tsvetan Alexiev and CFO Yordan Nedev the opportunity to speak directly with investors about Sirma’s growth strategy, H1 2026 performance and priorities for the years ahead. The discussions were followed by Sirma’s investor presentation, which explored how the Group is building on 34 years of software expertise, its deep industry knowledge across five knowledge verticals, expanding international presence and Enterprise AI capabilities.

The presentation also outlined how Sirma is translating this foundation into its next phase of growth, with the ambition to become one of Europe’s leading technology groups. By combining deep industry expertise, established software products and Enterprise AI, Sirma is helping customers modernize their operations, make better decisions and create lasting value.

“The conversations in Hamburg reaffirmed that we are moving in the right direction,” said Tsvetan Alexiev, CEO of Sirma Group. “Investors recognize the strength of our technology foundation, the relevance of our industry expertise and the potential of Enterprise AI. Our ambition is to build a more focused, internationally recognized technology group that helps organizations use their data, systems and knowledge more intelligently, securely and effectively.”

The meetings also offered valuable insight into the questions investors have about Sirma’s business drivers, strategic direction and future potential.

“Hearing investors’ perspectives directly is incredibly valuable,” said Yordan Nedev, CFO of Sirma Group. “The discussions confirmed that our focus on clearer business priorities, transparent cash flows, profitability and long-term value creation is the right one. These changes require consistent work and cannot happen overnight, but we are committed to explaining our progress openly and helping shareholders understand the rationale behind the choices we make.”

We are grateful to the Hamburg Investor Days and Montega teams for a smoothly run and thoughtfully organized event, and to every investor who engaged with us so openly throughout the day. Their feedback was sincere, constructive and genuinely appreciated.

During the event, Tsvetan also recorded an interview with BörsenRadio, sharing further perspectives on Sirma’s strategy and outlook. We will share the interview soon.
