Sirma’s Participation Highlights Growth Opportunities at Investor Day 2025
Investor Day, a high-profile event organised by the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) at Inter Expo Centre, was held on 28 April 2025. This is the only specialised stock exchange forum in the region, connecting some of the most economically significant Bulgarian companies with leading private, strategic, and institutional investors.
Investor Day brings together all participants in the capital markets, including established companies from over 17 economic sectors, financial analysts, investors from Bulgaria and abroad, banks, and investment intermediaries. This event provides a platform for discussing market trends, the economic outlook for Bulgaria in a rapidly changing global economy, and opportunities for financing company growth through the Bulgarian Stock Exchange markets.

This year’s edition brought together over 200 leading professionals from the financial sector, providing them with the opportunity for exclusive one-on-one meetings with potential investors and business leaders. The forum was opened by Manju Moravenov, Executive Director of the BSE. Guests were also welcomed by Vasil Golemanski, the newly elected Chairman of the Financial Supervision Commission, as well as Temenuzhka Petkova, the Minister of Finance, and Tomislav Donchev, the Minister of Innovation and Growth. The event was divided into two parts: the first featured presentations on macroeconomic trends affecting the world and the region, accompanied by a discussion on the global and Bulgarian investment climate.
The second part of the event consisted of One-on-One Investor Meetings. During these sessions, potential and current investors had the opportunity to engage with Tsvetan Alexiev, CEO; Stanislav Tanushev, Director of Investor Relations and Sustainability; and Yordan Nedev, CFO.

They presented Sirma Group Holding’s financial results for 2024 and addressed questions from attendees. There was significant interest in topics related to our growth strategy for 2025, future acquisitions, our expansion in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region, and our plans for a listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in the near future.
